Wayne has over 15 years of leadership in the Business Intelligence and Performance Management space where he has delivered or project managed some of the larger NZ initiatives in high profile companies and Government Departments; including ASB, ANZ, Westpac, BNZ, Carter Holt Harvey, Fletcher Building Group, to name a few.
Prior to heading up HardData Wayne was an Associate Director at BDO, handling all assignments around Forensic, IS Assurance and Mid-Tier ERP applications. For three years prior Wayne was Country Manager for Sybase (an SAP company), globally the fourth largest database company, providing specialist advice around Business Continuity, Analytics and Mobile Commerce. And finally five years prior to that Wayne headed up Olapworks, a specialist Business Intelligence practice, focussed on out-of-the-box BI solutions in the JDEdwards space.
